Principal Communications was established in 2001 to provide business communications solutions to both the SME and Enterprise markets: our customers range from small independent businesses through to larger organisations with nationwide sites. Since this time our portfolio of products and services has grown, and so has our team. Over the years we have teamed up with leading manufacturers to provide our customers with innovative solutions to enable businesses to be far more efficient. Installed technology allows the gathering of extremely valuable data, facilitating a better understanding of what is happening within the company on a daily basis and providing more control. These solutions therefore enable our customers to gain a measurable benefit from their investment.

Our engineers are all manufacturer trained and highly knowledgeable which has resulted in our company building a relationship with other resellers who utilise our team to deliver solutions to their customers on a ‘white label’ agreement.

In 2006 Principal Communications entered into the Marine industry where we offer installation, maintenance, upgrades and a procurement service for telephone system equipment and applications on board cruise ships, freight ships and other off-shore structures. We have worked for most household names in the cruise liner industry and completed projects ranging from maintenance visits for system health checks through to the complete swap out of the existing system to include our own developed applications. This side of the business has taken our engineers all over the world, sometimes on very short notice due to the nature of the call-out.

Our system maintenance and support contracts are built around your business needs, whether it be a 24 hour requirement, or just normal working hours. Flexibility is key in the relationship with our customers and our team will happily adapt as and when required.
